Members Policy

Padicci is a community built around sport, connection, inclusivity and respect. By joining the Padicci community and attending events, all members agree to the following guidelines.

COMMUNITY VALUES

We ask all members to contribute positively to the culture of the community by:

  • treating others with respect

  • creating a welcoming environment

  • encouraging inclusivity on and off court

  • supporting players of all levels

  • representing the PADICCI community positively

 

Padicci has a zero-tolerance policy towards:

  • discrimination

  • harassment

  • aggressive behaviour

  • bullying

  • inappropriate conduct towards members or staff

Any behaviour that negatively impacts the community may result in removal from events or membership.

 

EVENT CONDUCT

All members are expected to:

  • arrive on time for events

  • respect match schedules and organisers

  • communicate cancellations as early as possible

  • treat venues, staff and equipment respectfully

  • maintain good sportsmanship throughout events

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future event access.

 

MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

Padicci operates as a curated members community.

Membership requests and event access may be reviewed at the discretion of the Padicci team to help maintain the quality.
