Returns Policy

We hope you love your Padicci products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unused and in their original condition
•⁠  ⁠Items must be returned in their original packaging
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Please note that used items showing signs of play, damage, wear, scratches or impact marks cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

•⁠  ⁠your order number
•⁠  ⁠photos of the product
•⁠  ⁠a brief description of the issue
We will review this and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
•⁠  ⁠products damaged through normal wear and tear
•⁠  ⁠accidental damage
•⁠  ⁠misuse or improper storage
•⁠  ⁠customised or personalised items

 

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
